We currently have a bug that is causing the PTR server to crash periodically. Our team is working on identifying the root cause of this issue. We will keep you updated but we can't predict how long it may take to firmly isolate and remediate this bug. The same bug exists on our internal servers, but we would never have been able to see it happening until we put it on a server where hundreds of players could log in at the same time. While we understand the crashes can be frustrating, we encourage any of our players, who are willing, to continue testing during this time. Continued testing still provides us with very useful data and feedback about everything else and activity on the server may help us to identify the root cause and get to a fix more quickly.
