I was supposed to get a buddy key or second game key for my pledge and I don’t have it.

All pledges have a second key, or buddy key, as a pledge reward. However, buddy keys can’t be sent out unless you have already created your game account associated with your pledge. If you have done that and can’t find the buddy key sent out under the email address no-reply@visionaryrealms.com, please open a support ticket HERE and we can provide the original game key.
