Welcome to the forums, Warlunhardt.
Personally, I'm fine with the way things are now. Hell, the team at EQNext enjoyed doing those Q&A's from time to time, getting everyone hyped up and fielding questions..... We all know how that game turned out.
I notice you've posted three questions back to back today, and in each one it comes with comparisons to other games.
"Will Pantheon do this like X did it?" etc.
It would, I think, behoove you to not attempt and compare Pantheon to the MMO's of today.

Thought of saying that, but given the many comparisons made between EQ and VG (and even F11) - something I'm guilty of myself - I thought it may have come off as somewhat dishonest. Heh.
I'm not sure what kind of Q&A's you're talking about tbh, because the Pantheon devs do participate in Q&A's pretty frequently, especially lately. You just gotta do some digging lol. Given that they're a relatively small team during a very busy phase of development, when they do pop up for Q&A's, the topics tend to be about the game rather than what their favorite food is or whatever. The newsletters also often feature some written Q&A's with devs about what their role is at VR, not to mention the 6 streams with CohhCarnage they've done in the past year and a half in which devs have introduced themselves and answered countless questions. As far as face-to-face Q&A's with the community, they're definitely worth watching if you haven't already - here are the ones that have been done in just the past 2 months:

VoT's Interview with Zippyzee & Kilsin: https://www.pantheonmmo.com/content/forums/topic/8084/tod-curtis-and-ben-walters-talk-in-game-ai-with-the-vo-t-crew/view/page/1
Saicred's Interview with Roenick & Convo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFdwJMTfXjQ
There are some older ones too like Brad's interview with boogie2988 and Kilsin's interview with Brainbean. But I wouldn't expect them to do this sort of thing on like a weekly basis or without very good reason though. Taking precious time away from developers can be costly at this stage. But they're not afraid to make themselves known, especially as we transition more into testing. The point is that there are still plenty of them out there haha. Enjoy!

Thank you, sir!
We are a lean but passionate team, we do interviews, Q&A's etc. when we can but our focus is on getting the game to a state where we can get more testers in, more interviews/Q&A's = less work on the game, so we try to find a balance and make up for a lot of it with streams so you can see our progress for yourself.
