It's a nice monitor, but I want to wait for more companies to start making a 32" 2560X1440 monitor. And for the prices to come down a bit. :P

I'm holding off on building my next rig until I see the benchmark tests from the amd zen processors

Yeah, I used to be a HUGE AMD guy, but the past few generations have proven Intel to be better all around. Too bad, I remember my old Athlon STEP processors that burned out every 30 days...but, man, were they fast for the time!

So far the reviews of the zen line are high, but I'm not holding my breath....amd has simply been lack luster of late....so when the production processors are out and all the pc nerds poke and prod and test them, then I'll make my decision

Your build sounds pretty decent, I plan to use some of the same stuff.  I don't know whether to finish building a PC or save my money for a new laptop to play the game since I travel so much.  Decisions, decisions :)

Nice build, but what connector are you using to hook up those SSDs?

    You noticed the missing MOBO?

I was more thinking of if it is SATA or what?  If you are looking for max speed, make sure the SSDs are U.2 and the MOBO has U.2 adapters on it.

The U.2 drives look to be on the pricey side, ( to me anyway ) the cheapest U.2 drive from Intel is a 400 GB hd for $300.00. I'm sure the prices will come down once the rest of the PC industry catches up with the latest U.2 technology.

MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X motherboard. Benched my system and memory bandwidth, processor speed, HD throughput, video card performance are all doing quite well. Sorry I forgot to post the MOBO.

To be honest, my SSD drives load **** so quickly, who really cares if the next gen stuff loads it .77745634 seconds quicker? I'm all about PRICE vs preformance.
