How many of you are as excited as I am for the release of Deadpool in 2016?

I had strong hope for the possible production after seeing the test footage trailer several months back. I warn you that unless stated otherwise all trailers are red band in nature (rated R).

    Test trailer:

Then came the leaked trailer from comic con not so long ago. This is nearly the same trailer as the HD new one but it does have a couple extra tidbits worth checking out including the obligatory Stan Lee cameo:

Then came the funny sneak peek:

Then, finally,on Conan they showed the official red band  trailer:

The clean version is funny to watch due to how they changed it:

I am! I am!  I watched the red band video this morning ... a few times lol.  Please don't let me down, Deadpool!

Loved the references to his Green Lantern suit.  =)

Why do they have to make all the cool superheros Comedians? cant we have one serious superhero?

but the movie does look good. i will watch it as long as it is the R rated version.

I'm kinda pissed about this because they used the same actor as Green Lantern. I don;t lik eit when they use the same actors for different super heros.

Ryan Reynolds was Wade Wilson/Deadpool in 2009s X-Men Origins: Wolverine.  He later played Green Lantern in 2011.  As far as the actor goes, he's much better suited for the role of Deadpool than Green Lantern.

Exactly! Plus I liked how he made fun of The Green Lantern in the trailer LOL. Also, Deadpool has been around in the comics for a long time and they had to make him funny and over-the-top just because that's how that character is and what most die hard fans expect of him. The only thing that may disappoint some people is that, at least based on the trailers, he doesn't have those inner voices having conversations with him like he did in other material.

I would love a serious non-comical rated R superhero movie, just not with Deadpool ;) Can't wait for February, 2016!

EDIT: I just noticed that in the Red Band trailer at the 1:53 mark he has his superhero outfit on but with no mask and he appears to be wearing slippers or loafers LOL
