Pantheon and Oculus Rift

It occurred to me that the Pantheon in Rome has an 'oculus' in the center that allows light to stream in.

I then daydreamed about PROTF having full Rift integration.. and perhaps some kind of special feature that integrates Rift functions into magic use.  Wouldn't that be grand?

We have actually mentioned several times now that we would like to try and support Oculus Rift, we also have some community members that are eagerly watching the progress of Virtual Reality and Oculus Rift, here are some threads I found by using the search function for "Oculus".

    I
have gone ahead and moved this thread to Off Topic since it is about a third party feature. Please be mindful of posting in the correct sub-forum in future to help keep the forums clean, tidy and easy to find relative information. :)

If they let me in my DK2 is ready to test it :)

Monty was pretty interested in VR from memory, hoping he has something for me and my DK2 to play around with

Clarke's 3rd law: Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.

Perhaps there's a way to integrate visual focus with magic execution.  I think to the solution that they came up with in Elite Dangerous where you can look to a point in the cockpit to activate a console.  A crude example would be that as you look up with VR, you're gathering your will for a more powerful execution of a given spell..  you're placing yourself in danger as you won't be able to see your surroundings while doing so... but your risk comes with reward.  Or perhaps there are a combination of symbols within your line of site and focusing on them in the proper order executes different effects.  I don't know.. it might be worth thinking about.
