Has anyone taken a look at classes in this game? They have a few very interesting classes so far. These are two of my favorites so far although the Necro and Cryomancer look cool too. A few of these new classes get me pumped up about the possibilities of new classes (not yet released) that will be created for Pantheon. Classes like the Disciple and Bloodmage that were in Vanguard.

Yeah, too arcade street fighterish for my tastes, I'm too old school to embrace these types of new games.

Yeah, looks like the same combat, just different animation & particle effects...   too arcade for my taste.

I hope we don't see facetious spells like that in Pantheon. Less is more.

The animation and particle effects are meant to be that way. I'm talking about the classes and how they are pretty unique. The Vanguard classes that were also pretty unique in their own right was the Bloodmage and the Disciple. It's pretty cool to see something pretty similar to the old tried and true classes but slightly different.

Oh blood mage was pretty fun. I also loved my Psioniscist. The discple healing was also a blast then you had druid which still was different and fun too. Pretty much I played every class and liked them all lol. I could go on about each of them.

One thing I will say is I really liked how each class had its own personal mechanic. Even tanks each had their own personal mechanics like the Paladins (were they valor points?) which if used correctly were some game changing heals etc.

I started playing Skyforge 2 days ago because I'm that bored and its F2P.

The game seems very easy. However, I'm trying to wrap my mind around this "Ascension Atlas" and the various (convertable?) currencies and my brain hurts.

On the whole it's pretty good time sink.
