Which is more important for no healing casters. WIS or INT? I always though it was INT

Things have changed during development. Currently:

For Wizard, Necro, Summoner, Enchanter: Wisdom increases Spell power (damage), Intellect increases max mana pool.

For Shaman, Cleric, Druid: Intellect increases Spell power and Wisdom increases max mana pool.

Both Intellect and Wisdom increase the Critical Hit chances.

For enchanter, Charisma is very important. Both for mezzes and damage.

Have you tested the effect of Charisma on an Enchanter's spell damage?

Tested, no. but it says on the spell damage charisma 40%
