  Here is a list of spells I have found do nothing when cast on mobs or players:
  Unravel Magic.
  Illusion Graft: Tired
  Illusion Graft: Mental Fatigue

  Anyone else playing Chanter find these spells are not working at all? I am only Lvl 14 so I haven't  seen any of the higher lvl spells yet.

  Lvl 16 drop spell tat is supposed to imbue an ally weapon with random imbue scribed to book as lvl 18 aoe mEZ
