Currently there is no way to retrieve info about quests you have completed.

There are various charts of all the cooking recipes. One that is pinned to a Discord channel is name "Crafter's Compendium". Warning, it contains spoilers for all schools of Crafting.
I don't remember which channel it's pinned to. I'm sure someone here or on Discord's general chat can direct you.
