Put in a ticket at Support https://seforums.pantheonmmo.com/support/open.php and they'll change your status.

The easiest way to check one's access is to click on your forum name. The menu on the left of that page says "User Level: xxx" which is your access.
The Keeper's Pledge offered Beta Access. That lines up currently with Supporter Access.
