Welcome to the August Newsletter!

One of the best parts of making a game like Pantheon is that the worlds we make are constantly evolving, growing and expanding. Just like the game our monthly newsletter is also undergoing a metamorphosis and becoming more community focused. When we say community matters we really mean it. Over the coming months we want to highlight not only our exciting classes, races and gameplay but also our amazing fans and supporters. We want to peel back the curtain a little and let you in on what’s going on behind the scenes. We have always prided ourselves on transparency and inclusion here at Visionary Realms but as we kick development up we also want to make sure we don’t lose sight of our most important asset - you!

This month’s feature editorial entitled Pantheon: Where Community Matters is from CM Medawky who talks about why community is so important to us and how we got to where we are in the MMORPG world today. New to or familiar with the tenets behind Pantheon we’re sure you’ll find something in this article that you can relate to.

We’re also excited to announce a regular column headed up by Kilsin which focuses on an exemplary community member every month. Now’s your time for the spotlight as you are the real stars of Terminus. This month Kilsin speaks with Raidan to get a bit of a background on his gaming and what has attracted him to Pantheon.

This month we also give you a sneak peek as to what’s been going on with the internal game client. We take a look at some of the actual patch notes of the past month to open the window a bit and let you see how the game is coming along. One of our favorites this month is that AoE nukes no longer cause splash damage onto the caster and their friends, or as we liked to call it - when good crits go bad.

And of course what newsletter would be complete without some new screenshots? So sit back and enjoy August’s Pantheon Newsletter. We’ve had a lot of fun putting it together for you and are looking forward to bringing you more fun content with the next ones.
