Hopefully, if spells exist to do the same thing it devalues the mask imo though.

I agree in regard to the race illusions.  But if there were some type of lycanthropy (were-wolf, were-bear, etc) illusions, I think those should be accessible to anyone that completed the quests/encounters.  I thiink they would also be an amazing way to make your character a little different too; once you chose one disease type that was it until you went through another quest to remove it.  (Similar to Elder Scrolls werewolf and vampire quests (although those were a bit more than just illusions)).

I wasn't sure how illusions would fit in with the rogue. However, I just remembered Arya from Game of Thrones learning about the faceless man and watching her use that ability for redemption on that old guy who killed her family.

Illusions for rogues are a must now!!!

Interesting, but illusions are different than disease / real alteration of appearance. These can alter your abilities whereas illusions can only alter your shape to others and then your faction against them.

Masks making you look like a Skar when you're actually a gnome is absolutly magic, not a innate ability of the rogue to physically disguise like with makeup and costume. Why would that be rogue specific, then?

I try to think about how else VR could implement these (not everything will be like in EQ, thank god) but that seems to make sense like this.
