Pledge upgrade

    I did upgrade my pledge last thursday but my subscription still haven't changed, should i make a support ticket or just wait?

    I'd give it 3 - 5 business days. It's very possible that the transaction has already gone through, but it's just taking a while for it to display correctly, as that usually has to be done manually.

    Now the subscription is changed to the correct one, seems like the support has fixed the problem.
