  I assume we wouldn't be able to stream the alpha of course but are we allowed to talk about what our experiences are?

  All testing phases will be under strict NDA. You will not be allowed to show or discuss anything about your time testing the game with anyone. Only certain pre-selected streamers will have permission to stream the game before launch and that will be in 2018, probably during beta.
