Pantheon is going to be free to like level 10 then a monthly charge right? I am just double checking myself, I dont want to be giving out bad info.

Nothing set in stone absolutely, but you could always point to => The FAQ listed at the bottom of each page

Sections 1.9 "Will there be a trial..." as well as 15.0 & 15.0.1 under "Payment Model" pertain to your inquiry.

Similar topical question.. can the billing appear on my Credit card statement appear as "Church dues" ?
