Accidentally downgraded plan

    I guess I need a new pair of eyeballs, or something, but when I went to try and upgrade my package from the Keeper's Pledge up to the Protector's Pledge, I went to the wrong page (subscription/settings), and chose the wrong package (clicked on the Watcher's Pledge, which is a downgrade from the Keeper's Pledge I initially bought).

    So, unless someone can help me, I just paid $150.00 for a plan 1 tier lower than the one I started out to begin with!

    There's a support button you can click on. It sends a message to any guys in charge of these tickets at VR and they are usually great about getting it done in a timely manner.
