Pledge Level Confirmation

    Last week I paid to upgrade my pledge from Pathfinder to Originator. I hadn't heard anything so I submitted a ticket under "general inquiries". I just wanted to make sure that the timeframe is normal/I submitted the ticket in the appropriate section.  Any help would be appreciated!

    "The process is manual unfortunately due to the nature of these forums but if you submit a support ticket one of our friendly team members will be able to help you change that to reflect your upgrade, as an assurance, though, what you see on your account is purely cosmetic, if you upgraded we have that information already, so do not worry.

    As I said I did submit a ticket but your help is appreciated! Although the information may only be cosmetic, not having VIP flag on my account she's directly limit my access to forums.
