    Good article Pantz. I think it takes a person with pretty thick skin to be able manage an online gaming community. I remember when I first played Shadowbane, I would go to the forums to look for game info, and would see pretty toxic language and  behavior from players that considered themselves adults. The language abuse  got so bad they implemented a filter that would type *Fluffy Bunnies* instead of the swear word that was typed by the forum user. Let's hope that Pantheon does not devolve to that point.

    It has been my experience that when people can hide behind anonymous screen names It can bring out their worst. The "Internet tough guy" comes to mind.... you the type "I am ex-military and you have offended me.... I will crush you in real life" etc. Still good luck :)
