What makes you TRULY fear getting your virtual ass kicked in a MMO?
I mean, what's the worst thing that can happen that makes you actually FEAR dieing in game?
For me? It's the WAY that I died and the PITA repercussions afterwards.

Exp loss doesn't make me fear death, it makes death an annoyance, but is still absolutely necessary. The real thing that struck fear into me in Everquest was the corpse run, and the fact that I could lose my ability to play the game and the items i've worked so hard for if I took a risk that I wasn't able to properly handle.
