    Searched but didn't find this.

I'm curious will items be marked 'Tradeskill' or 'Quest' in the game?

I'm not sure if I want items marked, seems like that dumbs things down a bit.  My memory is bad but I don't remember items being marked in the early days of EQ, that came about later right?

I never played EQ, but I think it's a good idea to have items that are needed to complete quests be marked in some fashion or be held in a seperate inventory slot so as not to be discarded accidently.

Ate, I think items should be marked if it is quest related, whether it is a turn in item or if it is a mechanic (in eq2 there is a quest that requires you to wear a hat made from a wolf's head.  This is because during the part of the quest where you need it, the hat actually talks too you).

As for marking it if it is a crafting item or an adventure item?  I think that stats on the item should speak for itself.  +20 to jewelcrafting is gonna tell me it is a tradeskill item.  +20 to spellcasting is probably going to tell me it is for adventuring.
