Pledges not working?

Friend trying to the $50.00 pledge and just goes to a blank screen after creating etc?

Is he logged into his forum account?

If so I'll ping someone to see if there's an issue with the page.

Also ask him to make sure he's not using any autofill when he fills out the info. Hope that helps :)

He says he fills out all the information and it takes him to just a blank page and never loads

The pledge link at the top of the page works if you're NOT logged into an account. If you're logged in, scroll to the bottom right side of the page and use the "subscription" link. You can upgrade to a paid, or to a higher tier of paid.

Autofill is the issue when creating an account, make sure to type in everything manually.
