New here, so maybe this was something asked for before and shut down, so pardon me please if so. BUT:
Would there be interest in a Shot in the Dark forum being created here where we can attempt to touch base with old friends from years ago who have gotten lost in the shuffle of time? This game will undoubtedly be bringing back most of our old friends from early EQ, WoW, Vanguard, etc, and we may be running around the world as strangers to each other. How great would it be to be able to reconnect and begin the journey all over again?
Any interest in this from the community/moderators?

Last I heard they still plan to have a new forum replace this one. So they are not all that likely to do much with this forum, assuming that is still their plan.
If the new forum has room for quite a few sub-forums as this one does - it would make great sense for one of them to be devoted to the type of discussion the OP suggests.
